For over 20+ years, I've helped customers use project management to implement software technology to grow their businesses.Most recently, over the past 10+years, I've led projects in the Salesforce ecosystem, helping to transform businesses through automation resulting in high levels of customer success and satisfaction.Over the course of my career, I've been successful working with many B2B and B2C customers in the industrial, commercial, retail, utility, large government, non-profit, educational and financial services industries with proven results.I'm proud to be certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute and as a System Administrator and Consultant by Salesforce.My passion is to demystify project management practices to help discover better ways of getting 'work' done the right things, in the right order and on the right schedule to make time for the more important things in life.
